Performance features of BD1691 anti abrasion high temperature resistant epoxy metal repair compound:
1.With higher bonding strength to metal substrates,the color can be kept the same as the pending-repair substrates,
the highest temperature resistance can reach to 300 degree.

2.With good construction manufacturability,the curing product is not shrinkage,with abrasion resistance,
corrosion resistance and aging resistance.

3.The material after curing has higher strength,can do various machining.
 
Product usage of BD1691 high temperature anti abrasion wear metal repair agent epoxy compound:
It’s the high temperature metal repair epoxy compound which compounded by modified high temperature resin and 
high temperature curing agent,made of ceramic,metal etc.filling polymerization.The highest temperature resistance is 
300 degree,popular type,suitable for repairing various metal casting defect and repairing part abrasion,corrosion and 
fracture,the material after repairing has higher strength,and excellent wear resistance,corrosion resistance and aging 
resistance,can do various machining together with substrates.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair or needing-bonding part,
then clean it by cleaning agent.
 
2.Configuration: According to the mass ratio A:B=4:1 or volume ratio A:B=3.5:1, make the A and B two components 
mix uniformly,then use it up within specified operation time limit.
 
3.Coating: Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,
the first layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.
If the following working procedure needs machining,should keep out appropriate machining allowance.
 
4.Curing:Curing for 2 hours at the temperature of 25-30 degree,then heat it up to the temperature of 
80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,or it can be put into use after curing for 24 hours 
at the temperature of 25-30 degree,if the temperature is low,should heat it up or prolong curing time to 
promote the curing.
 
Transportation storage:
1.Sealed storage in the cool and dry place.The warranty period is 12 months.
2.Avoid placing it upside down,knocking against and transporting it as a non-dangerous product 
during transportation.
